I am a certified coach and mental health counsellor (in training) with a heart for supporting people in their career, family, relationships, and overall life journey.
As a Human Resources Professional, for over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals through life’s big and small moments, helping them navigate emotional overwhelm, transitions, self-doubt, and relationship struggles. I believe that every person holds the potential to grow and heal, especially when they feel truly seen, heard, and safe.
My journey has taken me across Taiwan, France, Singapore, and Switzerland from corporate talent development to deeply personal coaching work with individuals. But life hasn’t always been smooth. I grew up in a family with limited means, shaped by early struggles with social stigma and self-worth. That path taught me resilience, and today, I bring that lived empathy into every conversation.
With warmth, curiosity, and care, I support my clients to move from surviving to truly thriving by understanding themselves, breaking old patterns, and creating space for real change.

Every person is unique, so I don’t follow a rigid formula. Instead, I gently guide you using a blend of practical and evidence-based approaches:

My work is grounded in approaches like co-active coaching, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems thinking, humanistic and feminist therapy. I also gently bring in body-based practices and an awareness of how patterns can be passed down through generations. But you won’t find jargon here. We will together build a safe space to talk, reflect, and grow gradually.
